Elert & Associates was retained by Buetow & Associates architects after the AV contracting firm originally contracted for the project could not complete the design of the work.

E&A designed computer training labs, conference rooms, a children's storytime area, and audio isolation areas to permit teenagers to listen to music while adults listen and watch travel videos without disturbing nearby library patrons.
