Gary
is the president, principal consultant, and founder
of Elert & Associates. Gary's background is voice
communications, having been employed at Mid Plains Communications,
AT&T Information Systems, and Wisconsin Bell prior
to starting E&A in 1984. Gary holds an MS degree
in management, a BS degree in business administration,
and an AS degree in Marketing. |

joined E&A in 1988, after an accomplished career
as an instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Eau
Claire and a technology trainer at 3M Company and Norwest
Mortgage, Inc. Kit holds an MS degree in management
and a BS degree in administrative management. |

Tom Pavek |

Tom
has been with E&A since 1990. He came to the organization
with an impressive background in voice communications,
having been with both Mitel Systems and US West (Qwest)
for many years. Tom's most recent efforts focus on the
newest in Voice over IP (VoIP) technology. Tom holds
degrees in general arts and management. |

Dave Kaun |

Dave
has been with E&A since 1997 and brings with him
nearly 30 years of communications experience and over
20 years in multimedia, telecommunications, and networking.
He was previously employed with the University of Wisconsin,
where he held various technology positions in networking
and telecommunications. Dave has two AS degrees in electronics,
a BS degree in electronics, and an MS degree in management. |

Ricki Fisher, AIA |

Ricki
joined E&A in 2000 and now has the overall responsibility
for all very large projects. He brings to E&A the
knowledge of the design and construction industry, helping
our consultants better understand and interface with
the other construction trades on new construction projects.
Ricki holds a BS degree in architecture. He is certified
by the National Council of Architectural Registration
Boards with active registration in Texas (inactive in
New York, Georgia, Massachusetts, Alabama, Florida,
and Louisiana). |

Mike Milas |

Mike
is responsible for E&A's public safety consulting
projects. A graduate of Marquette University, he is
a former three-term elected Sheriff of Ozaukee County,
Wisconsin and past president of the Badger State Sheriff's
Association. Mike's experience as a law enforcement
practitioner and administrator spans more than 20 years.
He has worked for a major public safety technology manufacturer
as a public safety subject matter expert and has served
as a public safety technology and management consultant
for several years, providing a full range of consulting
services. His broad-based background allows him to apply
a working knowledge of public safety operational needs,
government funding, and approval processes, as well
as an understanding of both the vendor and consultant
roles and perspectives. |
